The project developed the TIG intelligent welding equipment for the bottom of the launcher tank, the intelligent welding equipment for the bottom flange of the tank, and the intelligent optimization design and process adaptive control of the process. The overall indicators have reached the international advanced level. -4. For the production of CZ-6 tank products, the welding pass rate has increased to more than 99%, and the production capacity has increased by 55%, which meets the needs of high flexibility, high stability and process adaptive control of tank manufacturing Relying on the adjustment of human experience and the inability to transparently manage the production process, the production schedule and quality of the launch vehicle storage tank are guaranteed, and significant economic and social benefits are obtained.

Jiangsu Beiren is mainly responsible for the system integration of the tank bottom and bottom flange welding equipment and intelligent functions, complete the development of the path independent tracking system, high-precision positioning and clamping of the project equipment, system coordination control and integration, equipment interconnection, We have made outstanding contributions to multi-source heterogeneous data collection and product data traceability in the welding process.
 
Among them, the welding path self-tracking and welding seam forming adaptive control system and technology developed by the project have been applied to the welding of unequal thick plate products of Baosteel Arcelor Company and the welding of the excavator cockpit of Caterpillar Inc. The production cost is reduced, the flexibility of the equipment is improved, and significant social benefits are achieved.
