In 2015, we started to study the manufacturing process of new energy battery tray production line, after years of experience accumulation and R & D, we have provided SAIC Group, Tesla, Nissan, Forland and Red Flag with automated production lines for Rongwei Automobile, Tesla model 3 and model Y, Red Flag and Nissan, etc., which have gained full recognition of the customers and established industry reputation. With constantly improving the market share of intelligent production line for new energy battery trays, we have also actively expanded into new energy industry and participated in the supplier system of CATL, and participated in a variety of module production line design and manufacturing projects.

Since 2021, Jiangsu Beiren new energy business have continued to increase investment in research and development, keep exploring in the new energy market, while maintaining the domestic market, actively engage in the overseas new energy market.

The team has mastered the process development and intelligent manufacturing capability of new energy vehicle battery tray and lithium battery module line. In the battery tray field, we have completed a whole set of design and manufacturing, including arc welding, FSW, FDS, SPR, laser fillet welding, gluing and curing, hermetic sealing, cleaning, spot welding, CNC and on-line inspection, and tailor-made a complete set of process solutions for customers.

In terms of lithium battery module line, the electric vehicle lithium battery module line integrates key technologies such as flexible manufacturing, intelligent logistics, digital information acquisition and integration, and promotes the innovative application of industrial robots, intelligent vision systems, intelligent sensing and control equipment, intelligent testing and assembly equipment, intelligent logistics and warehousing equipment and other safe and controllable core intelligent manufacturing equipment, and carries out the automation, informatization, digitalization and intelligent line R & D of new energy vehicle lithium battery system for multiple specifications.
